Can you provide a TR19 compliance certificate on the same day as the clean?
Yes. We produce the TR19 compliance report and certificate on the day of the clean. The report includes dated before-and-after photographs, grease deposit thickness measurements, and a signed technician declaration. We can email the report to your insurer, insurance broker, or enforcement officer on the same day. This is particularly important when you need to demonstrate compliance urgently — for example, at insurance renewal or in response to an enforcement notice.
My insurer has declined a claim because I had no TR19 certificate. Can you help?
We can provide an emergency TR19 clean and compliance certificate, but we cannot retrospectively certify that the system was clean before the incident. If your insurer has declined a claim on the grounds of non-compliance, you should seek advice from your insurance broker about the options available to you. We do not apply a standard emergency surcharge, but pricing for urgent work depends on the specific circumstances — including the size of the system, the location, and the timing required. We will always provide a clear price before committing to the work.
