TR19 certificate checker

1. Does it name the premises and give the date of the clean?
2. Does it say which parts were cleaned: canopy, filters, plenum, ductwork and fan?
3. Does it say which sections could not be reached, and why?
4. Are grease thickness readings recorded before and after, at stated points?
5. Is there a report with dated before-and-after photographs?
6. Does it name the person who did the work and their qualification?
7. Does it recommend when the next clean is due?
8. Does it have a number or reference you can check with the contractor?
9. Does it match the cleaning condition in your insurance policy?
