Filters removed and degreased; canopy interior and underside cleaned back to metal.

Every section we can reach through access panels, with any section we cannot reach named on the report.
Extract fan
Fan, impeller and housing degreased, so grease is not thrown back into the duct.

Grease thickness measured before and after at the same points, with dated photographs.
